BIRTH BRACHIAL PLEXUS PALSY

These are low velocity injury. 90% of children will have good recovery and few will develop secondary deformities as they grow. Aim of surgical  Intervention in birth brachial plexus palsy is to decrease the secondary deformities in them. Those children with secondary deformities will need procedures for better function and appearance.
